I'm busy planning our time in Rome, which is fast approaching. I need one piece of important information from you to finish the plans: Do you have any dietary restrictions? Please let me know if you are either vegetarian or gluten free, and I will try my best to accommodate your needs in this carb- and meat-focussed country.
