With the best of intentions, I planned to make videos of everything I cooked this past week after shopping on Sunday at my local farmer’s market. Of course, things never turn out as planned. The main obstacle to making videos is the fact that by the time I get around to cooking in the evening (about 7:00 - 7:30), I’m burnt out from working all day and just want to watch something mindless on Netflix while I’m chopping vegetables. Picking up my phone and filming a video - while balancing a martini in my other hand - is beyond me.

But I did manage to make a few videos and will share them here. I’m also sharing the list of everything I bought for the week and how I turned it into lunches and dinners. Although there may be no entertaining videos to accompany most of the meals, I hope it will inspire you when you want to get lunch or dinner on the table.
