Do I drink too much coffee? Maybe. Do I enjoy every single cup? Well, you already know the answer to that.
Coffee has always been a part of my day, but I think in the last few years I’ve come to appreciate the daily ritual even more. While I drink coffee pretty much all day long, there are certain types of coffee that I drink at specific times of the day. The first cup that Domenico and I share is made in a regular American-style drip coffee maker. Then, if I’m in Rome, I usually go out about mid morning to the corner bar and my drink of choice is a macchiato : an espresso stained with a bit of milk.
