Meal Plan: Winter Polenta Dinner

When I hear people talk about polenta they either say they don’t really love it, or else that they love to death, but that it but it’s too difficult to cook at home. I’m here to tell you that you will love it (if you buy the correct polenta) and that it is DEFINITELY easier to cook at home than you think.
