Are you wondering what to do with the kumquats you bought at the farmers market because they were so cute then got them home and thought now what? In theory I love kumquats, and buy them when they show up in the market in Rome. I eat a couple and then kind of forget about them. Now I have a specific reason to buy them: Kumquat Old Fashioned
Best Winter Soups

When I’m beginning to get tired of my winter coat, and dreaming of Spring walks in the country side , I find comfort in the fact that these are the final days of soup season. It’s definitely still winter, even if there are a few sunny days to trick you into thinking that summer is right around the corner. I figure that about now you could use a list of best winter soups?
Dear Elizabeth, I recall a video that you did a while back that was either on the blog or instagram movie of an interview you did with Bib Graetz and Monica Larner. Is there a way to access it again to watch? We had a bottle of Bibi Graetz’s wine last night and I recalled it...look forward to hearing. Best, Liza Voges
