There are few things I love more than a winter salad. I love the crunch and bite of bitter leaves, especially when paired with fruit, nuts and a hint of balsamic.
Here is my recipe for the salad featured in this video, but please feel free to sub in any other type of bitter salad, fruit or nuts. It’s the combo of bitter, nutty and sweet that I love.
