Salted Lemon, Rosemary, and Black Pepper Crostata
Old favorite, new thoughts
If you’ve been following me for the last decade or so, then you know I am the self-appointed queen of crostata. For me, it’s the perfect dessert: It’s just rich and sweet enough to make it the right choice for dessert, tea time, or just snacking. Also? I can usually whip one up with what I have in my fridge and pantry.
At this point in my life, I really didn’t think I could improve on the tried and true formula. But I did.
