Since zucchini season is fast approaching, I thought you’d enjoy having this recipe on hand. The recipe is from my book The Italian Table and I filmed this video in the summer of 2020.
The Amalfi Coast stretches for 100 miles along the southern edge of the Sorrento Pennisula, and includes the bigger towns like Positano and Amalfi, as well as small fishing villages like Cetara and Praiano. In between there are countless coves, where cliffs run down to the sea to meet only a small patch of rocky beach. And even though many of these coves are accessible only by boat - or a tortuous footpath - they are often home to some of the most low key, yet extremely chic, restaurants in Italy.
