A recipe (finally!)

The other evening I made a dish I take so much for granted that I didn’t even think to film it. I almost skipped taking a photo of the finished plate—which, if you know me, is rare.

After posting it on my Instagram stories, people naturally started asking for the recipe. I thought: easy! I’ll just send them the link to my zucchini risotto post which must be on my blog.

Only to discover… I’ve never actually published it. Not once. Not ever.

So, as zucchini season winds down (though our garden is still hanging on, weirdly enough), I figured it was time to finally fix this oversight. Here it is—my go-to zucchini risotto recipe. It works beautifully with yellow squash, too.
