The Italian Cultural Center in San Diego (https://icc-sd.org/) would probably be interested in a book event if you can make it cross-country. Not to mention Warwick's book shop in La Jolla.

2 - I am thinking of extending my time there to visit maybe Lake Como. So I would love to hear about your time in Lake Como….places to see, to eat and to stay.
3 - I made the leap from gas to induction stovetop about 2 years ago. I love it. As your article says it is much more efficient and much better for the planet. Plus….so easy to clean. I highly recommend induction and look forward to discussing this with you on the Parma trip
